South City Mechanical is a San Diego based service and repair company specializing in the diverse needs of the commercial and restaurant industries. Among the many types of equipment serviced are all types of air conditioning units (package, split system, heat pump, gas heat, water source), refrigeration equipment (reach in coolers/freezers, walk-ins, ice machines, blast chillers, cold wells, display cases, and glycol systems), cooking equipment (stoves, ovens, steamers, fryers, broilers and flat top grills, food warmers and holding equipment), exhaust systems and make up air systems, small electrical systems (conduits, relay systems, light ballasts), and many miscellaneous repairs.
Customer service is the top priority of the company. Every technician’s goal is to keep the customer happy using friendly, efficient service. We are not there to sell parts. Our goal is to get the equipment back up and running correctly and efficiently so the customer can keep their business running correctly and efficiently. This must be done at the lowest price possible to the customer. Customer perception is everything. Our customers must have the ability to make one call and hand off the task of getting the malfunctioning equipment repaired so they can focus on running their business. They must trust that it will be done correctly and efficiently and that they will not be overcharged for it.
